Home Town Girl

Born in Coeur d'Alene, I spent my 1st 14 years in Post Falls till my freshman year in high school, when we moved back to Coeur d'Alene where I graduated from Coeur d'Alene High School.
I love the area and could never find anywhere else to surpass my "Hometown" in the quality of living for me and my family.

My Real Estate career started in 1996 working at my uncles appraisal company completing my 3 year internship,
(Real Estate is in my family) my education was done at Boise State University, then in 1999 I went to work for the Kootenai County Assessor’s office and became a Certified Tax Appraiser.
In 2001 I started my own appraisal company and continue to hold my (CRA) Certified Residential Appraisers
license. I am licensed Realtor in both Idaho and Washington and am a FHA approved appraiser.
(CNE) Certified Negotiation Expert - a CNE designation gives me a powerful competitive edge because of my ability to communicate effectively, help clients understand options, work collaboratively with others and resolve
deadlocks. (In a nutshell I understand how to negotiate to effectively help you achieve your goals).
